‘The Hollow Spirit’ is my most recent project. Starring Manos Tsounos, the movie is about a troubled guy who didn’t keep the promise he made to the Lord. Now he needs to find a way to make up for it before it’s too late.

I’ve been preparing this short film for almost a year. During that year, I managed to make all the costumes including the mask, the score, the props, and of course to film all the scenes and edit it into a final piece. It was my most challenging project yet, but thankfully everything went well thanks to the incredible people that helped me!

PRE PRODUCTION

Everything started when one day, I accidently made a beat that sounded too much like a movie score, then I tried to think of an actual movie that would suit this score. This is how the idea was first born.

Months later, I finally decided to write the script. In just a couple of days, the first draft was made. AND NOW THE HARDEST PART. I soon realised that such a movie needs an original, very realistic mask to go along with the main antagonist. Despite being inexperienced on that domain, I tried my best, and i think the resault definetly paid off since its the most memorable thing about the whole movie.

DURING PRODUCTION

During our production we faced a lot of challenges such as harsh weather conditions and lack of rehersals before the shooting day. Thankfully everything went alright and we managed to get decent shots everywhere we went.
